She is married to Lee and they have two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys classical music.

1) Sum yourself up in three words? - Piano playing accountant

3) Hobbies? - Playing the piano, crosswords and sudoku

4) Favourite place to dine? - Strand restaurant in Newcastle

5) What is your idea of heaven? - Watching a full tide with the sun shining on it whilst enjoying a cup of coffee preferably in good company (see previous answer)

6) If you could choose to be any person for a day who would it be and why? - Mitsuko Uchida - a world famous pianist. I would spend the entire time at the piano being amazed at what I could play

7) If you where stuck on a desert island, what three things would you need to have with you? - Ideally it would be 3 persons - my husband and two daughters but if it must be things then a Steinway grand piano (and stool but that counts as one!), a solar-powered iPOD fully loaded with music and speakers not those silly earphones that won't stay in my ears and a solar-powered PC and printer with internet access to write my blog and download music

8) What makes you most scared? - I have to admit that nothing really scares me apart from seeing one of my sisters getting behind a steering wheel. I've been in the car as a passenger with her only twice in my life and was so lucky to have survived on both occasions that it will never happen again.  I don't believe in tempting the fates a third time. She's just bought a yellow sports car so at least I can spot her from a distance now!!!

10) If you could re-live any moment in your life to date, what would it be? - My wedding day - it was unique and still makes me smile when I think about it
