Wendy heads up the People Performance Service. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has a wealth of experience in enhancing the effectiveness of her clients in the field of Human Resources and Employee Development. Wendy works with clients in the following areas:

1) Sum yourself up in three words? - positive, organised and trustworthy
2) Most commonly used word? - 'good' because life generally is!
3) What are your past times? - tennis, travel, reading, good food & wine with good friends (there's that 'good' word!)
4) Where is your favourite place to dine? - outdoors. Doesn't matter if it's a picnic, bbq or posh restaurant - just love being outside in sunny weather (obviously this "favourite place to dine' is rarely in NI!)
5) What is your idea of heaven? - spent our 10th wedding anniversary in Mauritius - palm trees, turquoise sea. white sandy beach and a flag that you can stick in the sand any time you want a drink.........now that's heaven!
6) If you could choose to be any person for a day who would it be and why? - David Attenborough - on one of his 'Planet Earth' shoots (not the one with spiders though - see below)
7) If you were stuck on a desert island, what three things would you need to have with you? - solar powered music system, family/friends (counts as 1!) and a boat to bring supplies out to us - no intentions of leaving!
8) What makes you most scared? - spiders, crabs.......anything that 'scuttles' - yuk!
9) What is your philosophy in life? - life isn't a dress rehearsal - enjoy it!
10) If you could re-live any moment in your life to date, what would it be? - a day in March 1989 - passed my driving test in the morning, got made Head Girl in the afternoon and got back with my boyfriend (now husband) that evening - happiness overload!
