Dearbhail’s experience is mainly in the areas of loss of profit, personal injury and fatal accident claims, with special responsibility for litigation support.
Her work includes:
• Preparation of reports with supporting calculations to assist in quantification of personal injury and fatal accident claims
• Clear concise reports often produced to tight deadlines
• Types of cases include accidents at work, road traffic accidents, medical negligence claims, criminal injury claims, work place illnesses and unfair dismissal/discrimination claims.
• Extensive expertise in assessing loss of earnings for minors
• Experience of giving evidence in court
• Have ready access to in house experts for supporting services e.g. tax and market research
• Dearbhail’s Case load is split roughly 50% plaintiff and 50 % defendant work
