Richard Holley
Inside the Office...
Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and was admitted to the partnership in January 2002, having previously been a senior tax manager in Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse.
He provides corporate tax advice to companies and groups of all sizes and has a particular interest in transaction tax and inward investment.
Tax Advisory
• Advising on tax implications of proposed transactions and trying to devise best structure.
• Planning in relation to Joint Ventures.
• Assisting with tax issues arising from Cross-Border transactions and trading.
• Investigating tax affairs of target companies as part of due diligence.
General tax planning.
Tax Compliance
• Identifying and claiming tax deductions and reliefs with considerable experience of R&D tax claims.
• Removing the compliance burden so far as possible from senior management of client companies
• Ensuring statutory tax-filing and payment obligations are dealt with on a timely basis
Outside the Office..
Richard and his wife Karis live in Moira with their 3 daughters, Emma, Jill and Anna.
He is an avid supporter of Manchester City FC and Ulster Rugby, and likes few things more than a wet Friday night at Ravenhill. Through his daughters he has been forced to develop an interest in ladies hockey and netball
