Chris and Ricky represent a new generation of family businesses, making a new generation of surfboards. The brothers who started their business in 2014, will talk to Richard Buckley, Business Eye Magazine about their entrepreneurial journey, the dynamics of working together, their approach to creating a happy and productive workplace and how they protect the culture and values of their business as it grows.

Mairead Mackle, Founder of ICARE Charity and CEO, Homecare Independent Living
As a winner of many accolades including Employer of the Year and Commitment to Community Awards, Mairead will share the story of ICARE, which is run entirely by Staff volunteers of HCIL, a business formed by Mairead and her husband Gerald in 1995 and how the charity aims to deliver acts of kindness in communities across Ireland.
