NI Family Business Forum

NI Family Business Forum

19th October 2016, Ramada Plaza, Belfast

“We the people….. To form a more perfect union”

In a nod to American history, this preamble to the United States Constitution reflected a need to define common values, goals and vision for the American People.

Similarly, a Family Constitution/Charter is one of the most valuable offerings the current owners of family businesses can leave for the next generation – a framework structure outlining the family’s core values, vision for the future and a mutual understanding of the rights and responsibilities of everyone involved in the business – of the family and for the family.

At this event, you will hear stories of how other family businesses have developed family constitutions and how this has helped create a path for future success.
