Office and Accounts Administrator

Description
Harbinson Mulholland are looking to recruit an Administrator into their busy Corporate Rescue & Insolvency department. This is a permanent part-time position with flexible hours for the successful candidate.

Criteria
The ideal person would be numerate, computer literate in Word & Excel, have previous office experience but not necessarily of insolvency matters.

Main duties

  • Dealing with incoming mail, electronic filing
  • Maintaining case files
  • Acting as cashier, setting up payments, maintaining cash books and reconciling accounts
  • Preparing internal reports
  • Preparing receipt and payments accounts
  • Maintaining departmental management information pack
  • Responsibility for maintaining the departmental diary and reminder systems
  • Attending meetings/ taking minutes, as required
  • Assisting with various case management matters.
