Late in October, the HM team set off from Belfast very early to make the trip to Dublin City University's National Centre for Family Business.
We were honoured to be asked to present a view from Northern Ireland at the event which was chaired by Irish Dragon, Gavin Duffy.
We called on our good friends at Mount Charles Group who also made the journey, to share their story with founder Trevor Annon and his son Gavin Annon alongside Irish Family Businesses Glenisk.
